Unclaimed Funds Supporting Documentation

Local Rule 3011-1

The Unclaimed Funds Supporting Documentation event is filed after the Notice of Motion and Application for Payment of Unclaimed Funds.


NOTE: The Supporting Documentation(s) can be filed as one "pdf" or multiple "pdfs" - Document images will be restricted from public view.

Step-by-Step Procedure:

  1. Select [Bankruptcy>Other]

  2. Enter case number and click Next

  3. Select Unclaimed Funds Supporting Documentation from pick list and click Next

  4. Select Party from party pick list or Add/create new party

  5. The following message will appear, click Next

This Event Should Only be Used to Docket Supporting Documentation for an Application for Payment of Unclaimed Fund. Document Images will be Restricted From Public View.

  1. The PDF Document selection screen will display.

  2. Browse, View and Attach

    Click Next

  3. Select the appropriate Application for Payment of Unclaimed Funds entry to which your event relates
  1. Click Next
  2. The Modify Text screen will display. Click down arrow to select a prefix if applicable. Click Next

  3. Verify the accuracy of the docket text.  If not correct/if correct
  4. Click Next to complete the filing process


The Notice of Electronic Filling will display. It serves as verification that the filing has been sent electronically to the court.

 

Copies of this notice and the document filed are emailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case. You have a period of 15 days for a one time free look at the documents.
